CHALLENGE: Developing a sophisticated, cohesive clubhouse experience within a tight budget project during the COVID-19 period, when material availability, lead times, and pricing presented additional challenges. The goal was to create an inviting, elevated environment without compromising the overall design vision.
OUR APPROACH: We balanced key design moments with practical selections and coordinated the interior and exterior elements to create a cohesive experience. The result was a clubhouse that felt intentional and elevated without relying on an expensive budget.
