THE PLAZa AT CHAMPIONS GATE

CHALLENGE: The Plaza was envisioned as a large, resort-style amenity destination featuring a clubhouse, restaurant, resort-style pool, and fitness center. To make the project more cost-effective, the construction was planned in several phases. We had to ensure the overall design felt cohesive from the beginning while allowing individual phases to be constructed independently without compromising the finished vision.

OUR APPROACH: We developed a comprehensive design direction for the entire amenity complex before construction was phased. Materials, finishes, furnishings,and architectural details were selected to establish a consistent visual language that could carry through each stage of development. Planning ahead allowed the project to evolve in stages while maintaining continuity in the overall design.
